Terms and Conditions for Clear2Hear
- Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the booking of our services. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- Booking and Payments
Bookings can be made via [insert booking methods: e.g., email, phone].
A deposit of £25 known as a booking fee, is required at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable.
The balance must be paid after Consultation or Treatment.
However, after consultation if I find that Wax Removal isn’t required then no extra charge other than the booking fee will required.
Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment will still be charged at fee of £25
Cancellations made less than 24 before the appointment or no-shows will be charged the full amount.
Clear2hear reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Changes to Appointments
Clear2hear endeavour to avoid any changes to confirmed bookings. However, in exceptional cases, we may need to make changes. I will inform you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled time.
- Consent to Treatments
By consenting to a treatment, you acknowledge the inherent risks and agree that clear2hear will not be held liable for the outcomes.
Clear2hear commit to supporting and addressing any concerns arising from the service provided.
- Client Responsibilities
Please use Olive Oil 3 days prior to your appointment into your ears to soften any Wax that needs irrigating.
PLEASE DO NOT USE OTEX
Provide accurate and complete information when booking.
- Service Provider Responsibilities
Clear2hear commits to providing services to the best of our ability and maintaining a safe environment for our clients.
Clear2hear is a Mobile service in Worcestershire therefore travel time will be included with the booking slot, if there’s a change in my arrival time due to travel etc I will do my best to keep you informed of my arrival time.
- Data Protection and Privacy
Clear2hear adhere to data protection laws in handling personal information. Your information will be used only for providing and improving our services.
- Limitation of Liability
Clear2hears liability for any issues arising from our services is limited to the service fee paid.
Clear2hear are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Force Majeure
Clear2hear are not responsible for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.
