Microsuction procedure for removing earwax that uses a fine suction tube and a microscope to safely and gently vacuum blockages from the ear canal. It is often preferred over other methods like ear syringing because it is quick, comfortable, and less invasive, especially for those with a perforated eardrum or a history of ear surgery.
On arrival I will go through the procedure with you. During the consultation I will take a look in both your ears using a Digital Otiscope. This allows me to get a clear view and a photo of the inside of the ears.
If there is no earwax blocking the ear canal then no extra charge other than £25 consultation fee is required.
If the ears are really impacted I may offer a follow up appointment a few days later.
I recommend most clients have this procedure done every year to retain healthy ears.
